We offer you the choice of either a traditional hotel room, or a self-contained apartment whilst in Queenstown. Our rooms are reminiscent of a grand European residence with generous proportions and residential styling. They boast a rich, eclectic mix of colour and texture, many with dramatic views of the lake for which Queenstown is made famous. You'll find them the idyllic haven from which to reflect upon life-defining days in the mountains.

Standard Room Features

St Moritz Guest Room

Our traditional hotel room offers you a choice of either super-king or twin, each with sumptuous feather bedding and topped with a raspberry paisley eiderdown. A pair of velvet armchairs and ottoman provide a mini lounge, and for your entertainment, the room features a 40 inch LCD TV with mp3 connection and docking station through which you can play your own media.  There is a writing desk with broadband wireless and cable connectivity and there is a separate ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. There are tea and coffee making facilities, a full mini-bar, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.  

One Bedroom Alpine Suite

You will be totally self-contained in this apartment-style suite, with all the trappings of a 5-star hotel at your fingertips.  The suite boasts a large lounge and dining area, with 40 inch LCD TV with mp3 connection and docking station through which you can play your own media.  It has a kitchenette with hotplate, microwave and washing machine/dryer. tea and coffee making facilities, and full minibar. A separate and private king bedroom provides complete seclusion, with sumptuous feather bedding to ensure a superb night's sleep. The ensuite has a separate walk-in shower and double bath.  A hair-dryer, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking utensils are provided.

Our Two Bedroom Apartment is typically a blend of our One Bedroom Suite and Guest Room room by way of interconnecting door (in addition, our inventory has three dedicated two-bedroom apartments).

As New Zealand delicacy exclusive to Lombardi, you will be served in the perfect setting of Lombardi Bar. You can savour these creamy giants as a trio, with a glass of Bollinger, and a perfect sunset on the Remarkables.

Try the Bella Rafaela, the Lombardi signature cocktail inspired by Art Deco Artist Tamara de Lempicka, 1927. Featuring a blend of New Zealand's own Central Otago Pinot Noir, 42 Below Vodka, and South Gin, this unique beverage is made truly sensational with flavours of greengage, cinnamon, raspberries, and lime.

The Dining Room

Indulge yourself with Lombardi's exceptional menus against a scenic backdrop that is probably one of Queenstown's most breathtaking.

Breakfast is from 6am until 10:30am and there's a choice of either a la carte, continental or full buffet breakfast.

Lunch is a la carte from 12pm, with the addition of a special business banquet luncheon menu also available.

A La Carte Dining begins at 6pm, where your choices range from our signature wood-fired pizzas, to locally-sourced fare.

If you are fond of your wine, the an extensive cellar selection featuring renowned local Pinot varieties from the Central Otago Region will tantalise you no end.

After a memorable meal, why wouldn't you retire to our Library for a board-game, tete a tete dining fireside, or simply to catch up on postcard-writing.

Piano Lounge

We are proud to support our local community and musical talent.  Twice a week truly talented local high school students will entertain you from 7-9:30pm.
